Derrick and I had our 9th anniversary last week. Our good friends Amy and Ryan offered to watch Caroline for us. Jack and Caroline had such a good time and Derrick and I had a sweet surprise when we got home! Thanks Guys!

Updates, Cheers and Jeers
Update:
I just read my friend's update on her caring bridge site. Jordan seems to be doing a little better day by day. The website for updates is www.caringbridge.com/visit/jordanflint. I know they appreciate all the prayers they can get.
Cheers:
Baby Jake is here. He was delivered by c-section at 11:00 this morning and weighed 7lbs 8 oz. Mom and baby are doing well. Jake will be spending the night in the NICU to help him with his breathing and eating. He was with Julie and Brian quite a bit this afternoon, but seemed to be struggling a little this evening. They were talking like he may just be in over night for a little closer monitoring. Julie is doing well. She has not been up and about yet because of some of her medication, but was enthusiastically asking about a milkshake when we left.
Cheers to all of the sweet doctors and nurses that have been taking care of Julie and Jake.
Jeers:
Jeers to the meanie that broke into Derrick's car and stole stuff while we were visiting the hospital!
